JJ Caudle holds E200RYT, E500RYT, YACEP designations with Yoga Alliance and has over 3000 hours of teaching experience. She received her initial 200hr. certification from Radiant Transitions/Stillpoint and later completed 500hr. program at PoseByPoseYoga – both are in the Tampa area.
JJ also earned CEU certification in Yoga & Self-Care Strategies from Asheville Yoga Center in NC and has successfully completed numerous other training workshops including Teaching Seniors, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Hatha Yoga and more.

Johanna Lane (Wednesday Evening 6:15-7:15pm)
Yoga Instructor
Johanna has practiced yoga for over twenty years. She trained at Amrit Yoga
Institute in Salt Springs, Florida, and has been teaching for five years. She has a
passion for sharing the transformative power of a yoga practice:
emotionally, physically, and psychologically. Johanna offers a balanced
practice of yoga asanas and meditation for the most optimum benefits of
yoga. She is a certified instructor of Amrit Yoga, I AM, Yoga Nidra and holds a
200 RYT designation with Yoga Alliance. Along with her love of yoga
teachings, Johanna’s inspiration comes from the natural world. She has studied nature writing, environment literature, and food forest gardening. She lives in Dade City and teaches English at Saint Leo University.
Brittney Garland (Saturday Morning 9-10 & 10:30-11:30am)
Yoga Instructor
Brittney is an International Sports Science Association certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga since 2018; beginning at the YMCA offering gentle yoga classes for the "Silver Sneakers" participants. Her passion is to help people understand that yoga is for everyone and strives to introduce the concept of "Yoga for all!" Brittney endured a spinal injury which caused her to gravitate more towards a gentler form of yoga. Through breath and conscious movement, yoga helped to soothe her aggravated nervous system that resulted from the traumatic experience. Brittney strives offer a yoga practice that cultivates peace in body, mind, and spirit.
