Yoga Flow – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 9:00-10:00am – JJ
Yoga Flow allows for seamless transition from pose to pose to achieve a sense of balance, body strength, and general flexibility.
Gentle Stretch (Suitable for Beginners) – Mon., Wed., Fri. – 10:30-11:30am – JJ
This gentle class is suitable for most ability levels and is ideal for anyone who might want extra care. Chair Yoga and accommodations are offered for comfort and ease of movement.
Stretch & Renew – Monday and Wednesday Evening – 6:15-7:15pm
Mondays – JJ
Wednesdays – Kelsey
This is a delightful way to end the workday. This class helps to facilitate the transition from a stressful workday and to head home with a relaxed temperament, and a more positive mind set.
Align & Refine Yoga – Saturday Morning – 9:30-10:30 – Kelsey
Greet the day with positivity and joy. This practice is designed to help energize and rejuvenate the body. Class will include various stretches, movements, and poses that serve to cultivate wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
