Brittney is an International Sports Science Association certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga since 2018; beginning at the YMCA offering gentle yoga classes for the “Silver Sneakers” participants. Her passion is to help people understand that yoga is for everyone and strives to introduce the concept of “Yoga for all!” Brittney endured a spinal injury which caused her to gravitate more towards a gentler form of yoga. Through breath and conscious movement, yoga helped to soothe her aggravated nervous system that resulted from the traumatic experience. Brittney strives offer a yoga practice that cultivates peace in body, mind, and spirit.
